Our beautiful, gated community is located in historic and sunny Palm Springs, California. Just minutes north of downtown Palm Springs, the community consists of 360 units over 57 sprawling acres of resort style living. The gated and master planned community boasts 8 sparkling pools, 8 Jacuzzis, tennis courts, basketball courts and even a pickle ball court.

Residents and guests enjoy the luxurious common area amenities in addition to the single story, duplex style structures that all have private yards. Sunrise Palms is centrally located – a short drive to the center of the Palm Springs Village with its fabulous array of restaurants, shops, casinos and galleries. Our Sunrise Palms Homeowners Association (HOA) is securely funded and supported by an attentive and strong Board of Directors. Along with onsite management and maintenance, we have several HOA Committees all of whom are directly responsible for the remarkable renaissance of our community during the past few years.
